An energising blend of our ceremonial matcha with stone ground fresh peppermint leaves to awaken the sensis. A perfect digestive with added fennel and lucama.
Our matcha is from first spring harvest - hand picked from shade grown tea fields in the mountains of Shizuoka region. It is then naturally steamed to produce a rich, creamy, and delicate taste.
