it's my third time trying Matcha from Machii, my second time ordering it myself, and it was wonderful as usual. The only comment i have is i noticed this time it was slightly more astringent than usual but not overbearing.

If you want to make matcha the classical way you need this tool! I would recommend also getting the whisk stand because it makes the whisk last longer!
