• 10.5 tbsp matcha (ceremonial matcha - for lattes)
• 1 tbsp hot water
• 0.25 cup cold water
• 2 tbsp freeze dried raspberry powder
• 0.5 tsp rose water extract
• 0.5 cup almond milk
• Ice

• Rose petals (for garnishing)
• Honey or Maple Syrup


  1. Prepare the matcha:
    • Sift the Matcha to remove the lumps.
    • Add the Matcha into the cup.
    • Heat the water to 80°C and add 1 tbsp into the cup.
    • Whisk into a smooth paste (whisk in a zigzag motion)
    • Add the cold water and whisk
  2. Mix the milk*, rose water and raspberry powder until combined
  3. Add ice to fill half a tall glass.
  4. Pour the rose milk into the glass.
  5. Slowly pout the matcha on top, pouring it onto a spoon positioned at a 45-degree angle pointing down into the rose milk, ½ inch above the milk. This is to prevent the milk and matcha from mixing and give it that beautiful look!
  6. Serve and enjoy!
