Our matcha is from first spring harvest - hand picked from shade grown tea fields in the mountains of Shizuoka region. It is then naturally steamed to produce a rich, creamy, and delicate taste.

What makes this blend unique - the matcha is from volcanic soil, giving it a richer flavour full of antioxidants.
