It is carefully hand-picked and harvested from shade-grown trees in Uji to ensure the finest quality of matcha with a rich umami and luscious taste. It is packed with antioxidants and other feel-good properties!

What makes this blend unique - the matcha is grown in high-altitude mountain soil, adding 'stress' to the plant. This 'stress' enriches the flavour and increases the antioxidants.
