STEP 1: Tea Brewing
- Steep 1 cup of mango sorbet tea in boiling water for 10 minutes.
- Strain into a measuring cup and discard the leaves.
- Let it cool down to room temperature and then refrigerate.
STEP 2: Tea Icing
- Pour mango sorbet tea into a cup of ice and add the 3 tbsp. of honey.
- Strain into a measuring cup and discard the leaves.
- Let it cool down to room temperature and then refrigerate.
