We aim to dispatch orders within 1-2 working days of an order being placed, we then hand the orders and control from that point on over to one of our delivery partners.
Usually you'll receive a KSA order within 5 working days in the worst case. International orders usually arrive within 7 working days. Please allow up to 7 working days for KSA orders, and 15 working days for international orders before getting in touch, as we can't take any action with couriers until after that period of time.
